I remember when I first typed tickling into a search engine and how shocked I was when I saw all the stuff that popped up. The first thing I thought was... WOW, I'm not alone!

I clicked on my first link that took me to this tickling message board and one of the first posts I read was how African American women hated tickling, and weren't as ticklish as "fairer" skinned women.

Well... I just had to reply saying I was black, super ticklish, and I loved tickling a lot. Several years later, people are still posting that bullshit.

Oh well. You can't educate people who want to stay ignorant. But there are probably quite a few of us out there. I can't name the reasons why minorties as a whole aren't as vocal on sites like this. Everyone probably has their own story to tell as to why there isn't more of us.

Im caucasian, but I have always felt that the "are asian/african american/italian people as ticklish as...."" threads to be incredibly ignorant reading. Im sure people really dont mean any prejudice by it, but suggesting that skin tone has an affect skins sensitivity to me just seems stupid.

Our races evolved separately for many thousands, if not tens of thousands of years. The idea that the only thing that changed noticably is the color of skin doesn't make sense. Obviously none of the changes were too great since we have no problems in the reproduction department 🙂

Now, as for ticklishness, I can't imagine there being any real difference between races. I've tickled women of every race that I can think of (white, black, asian, jewish, etc.) and I can't see any difference. Nor can I imagine why any would exist.

In the "tickling world", it looks to me that all minorities are underrepresented. But that seems to be the fetish world in general. Mix in with that the stereotypes that are often brought in- particularly between black and white- and it's almost silly at times.

One notable exception has been the Ana & Andre works, which feature all kinds of people with no silly overtones, just good clean fun. We need more of that.

wow, i was just about to make a thread like this. I'm a black skinny guy that likes to tickle black women and be tickled by black women, and i always thought i was like, one of 3 black people on this forum. nice to know i was wrong.

I agree, and I am not suggesting that at all. I was just trying to keep my post on topic, and I didnt feel it necessary to expand into the cultural differences in races since we were talking about a physiological and mental (as some people feel ticklishness is) response from one person touching another. And from your post, I see we are both agreement that a person's race or ethnicity should not affect skin sensitivity 🙂 .

Im black, Can I be down? seriously the lack of black females involved with tickling is not the issue. its the amount that arent afraid to admit their ticklish. I know like 7 or 8 black females that want me to tickle them(courtesy of blackplanet.com). I'll ask them can i tickle them and there like oh my god i love being tickled. I've also had some say things like get the *#@$ outta here. but when i do get a chance to tickle them,they dont stop me. the women see how i like to make them laugh and they enjoy it more. Yeah..the only thing holding me back from a new laptop are the greenbacks. Not having a job ( yet) makes it hard. I do have access to a computer in my office. Andre from ANA was black, and I recall him/them working with quite a few black and hispanic ladies. Probably just depends on the neighborhood.
