Now, my problem with the word soccer, is that it sounds too much like Sock her. Now, that again goes back to the whole wife beater bit, and the nickname of brews by Brits. Hmmm...I feel a conspiracy coming on. It's the illuminati, I'm telling you! 😛 (Jim, you know I had to say it. - hehe) I have always liked soccer, but found a new appreciation for it during world cup. Can you say addicted? It's the most entertaining to watch. The scores may be lower, but there is by far a lot more work involved in the goals. Hell, I doubt any of our burly football players could run around that much without needing a nap every ten minutes. I gotta say though, I'm getting a bit bored with soccer after watching rugby. You can't beat a game where men actually leave teeth in each other's shoulders once in a while. 😀
