My job interview? I don't know how formal, really. I want to look somewhat professional.

Well, because I have alot of experience in this particular department, so I'm confident that I'll be considered a valuable asset with minimal training and supervision needed.

If you know what they do, maybe give them an idea of what you can do to help their bottom line, just in your department. Speed of work, ease of working with others, good idea person, maybe even an idea. Like tmf ob said, its about you without being conceited, well said.

Honesty, being happy with each other and more importantly making the customers feel glad they are there shopping?
