When brushing your hair, do you brush with quick and short strokes or slow and long strokes?

Oh and is your hair up or down? If up, what style? 😀

My hair goes up and down throughout the day. Right now its in a ponytail. I usually brush it with quick strokes because I'm always in a hurry and its just going to get messy again. I brush my hair all the freakin time!!

Okay, I'll break it down.

I got sick of everyone telling me I was depressed. My father was the worst for it because he thought that just because he'd suffered from depression all his life meant that I would too. My dad is a life long manic depressive and he suffers from Type 2 Rapid transition bi-polar disorder.

I don't know if I ever really suffered from it, but I decided one day that life wasn't so bad. its only as bad as you make it out to be. but that's just me. for some people, it's a chemical imbalance. I'll never know.
