It is for me, but not so much for tourists. It's been mid-fifties lately and with the sun it's nice, but the ocean breeze is a little chilly!

Being outdoors - camping, swimming, hanging out at the beach, going for walks. Smoking pot, hanging out with friends, seeing movies, listening to music, concerts, spending time with family, writing and reading.
