People pointing out that straight up asking a celeb on cameo about foot tickling is maybe not the smartest idea when there are other ways to go about it especially after the crackdown that has happened recently.

To be honest I'm happy some rules were at least attempted to be put in place. Perhaps it discouraged people from being like the lovely TKFan1 who Pm'd me to essentially tell me I should kill myself for not requesting the celebrities he told me I should.
