Sure. The sitcom is called Out of Her Mind, but I'll be absolutely damned if you can find it online anywhere to watch. It came off Iplayer.
The book is called Weirdo, I can take a picture of the bit later.
 
Another person who comes to mind is Megan Fox. We all know she's a stunner, but why I now personally hate her is her openly admitting she has a general distrust and dislike of men, which is ironic because she has 3 boys with Brian Austin Green, so imagine how they'd feel when they have the maturity to understand how offensive that is. To be fair, I get that women HATE it when these man-children cat-call them, but that's more of a problem with the culture, the idiots they hang out with, and the lack of guidance they got from their fathers (assuming they were around, and if they were, it was only physically but never emotionally). Because she's only famous for starring in Michael Bay's movies and being a sex symbol, now she's just another bigoted and washed up celebrity. In ya go! I can see her wearing a Wonder Woman costume with matching knee socks while being put into stocks.

She was never a stunner, but she does deserve time in tickle prison (right along side Vanessa Marcil) for embarrassing Brian Austin Green by publicly stating she "Never loved him". Pretty rotten thing to say about the father of your children (in Fox's case anyway).
 
For me it would be Eugenie Bouchard.
She was so bitchy many times in her carrer to her collegues that it would be great to see how desperate she would be when she is tied up in stocks and get tickled at her most ticklish spots (mostly her feet) by her collegues😁😉.
What do you mean how long could she endure that?

Not a male suggestion, but Iga Swiatek is another tennis player who could possibly do with some tickling. She’s had a few controversies recently with a positive drugs test, some outbursts on court etc…

Nothing a lengthy tickling session couldn’t solve I’m sure!

I think Magic Touch Productions put out a video called Rope Master and there was a scene where two of the girls (Dominique & Erin) were tied standing up and facing each other. Then the rope master would take turns tickling each of them, and then let them take turns tickling each other.

This would be perfect for Rachel Zigler and Gal Gadot.

By the way the scene is on Clip4Sale that's how I found the girls names.
