Oh yes, Scalia decides to uphold a document that is so bloody outdated it's not even funny regardless of whether it means a president isn't elected by the "MAJORITY" of the people or not. Scalia should have had the balls to at least follow the will of the people instead of clinging to a document which dates back to a time when there was still religiously empowered and justified aristocratic rule in most nations.
...and as far as that monkey actually winning the popular vote...I won't even bring up the fact of massive amounts of african americans being turned away from polling stations during the election itself. As for his administration's history...let me sum it up: Over 5,000 of our military men and women dead, a city of the United States STILL half ruined, and an economy STILL STRUGGLING to pick up the pieces after that lunatic had run of this nation for eight years! Oh yes, we'll improve schools but threatening to cut off their funding if they don't meet certain standards. We won't bother giving them aid in the form of money that they DESPERATELY NEED to improve their facilities and resources! Nooo.
