I found that my tastes re: tickling and domination and all that have seriously changed from what they were when I accidentally stumbled upon Magic Touch Productions' website and discovered my fetish.

I don't think my desires in tickling and other kink aspects have really changed. I do agree with refined. Probably as we continue to feel more comfortable here and get involved in more play, we'll discover that things we used to like, or thought we did, are different in aspects.

You might have liked the light, playful, consensual tickling because it was all that was really present for you at that time. Where as now, you have the ability and comfortability to look into a slightly more Sadistic element of it and realize you like that a hell of a lot more. 😀

I think that maybe, as you grow more accustomed to, say, playful tickling, it becomes tantalizing to explore your fetish further, and in so doing you move into the "darker areas".

Just a thought, maybe it's because it's there and you weren't really into it before, and since it's unknown it interests you. And then, it just so happens you liked it even more.

I personally tend to get fascinated about things I've never experienced before. It's not just limited to fetishes but pretty much anything, and I guess I think it sounds like it's the same with you. Maybe consensual tickling "lost its thrill" to you when you found out about these other things? Or maybe it was because you sought to rediscover the thrill that you looked them up? Did consensual tickling get "old" to you at some point?

Well in my opinion, not that anyone actually pays attention to it, I think that there are a lot of things that could be influencing or changing your sexual interests.</br>
First I think that you as a person are growing and maturing and with more exposure to materials on the subject you are realizing a greater fascination with specific elements of your preference. Everyone starts out with disorganized ideas about things and as they develop them into more structured desires and ideologies you realize there are many aspects of them that were not touched on before when your thoughts and desires were more abstract.</br>
Secondly, I think there is a level of desensitization that occurs when you are inundated with information and experiences day in and day out. What I mean is this: When I was younger I had a friend in college that became a Manager of a strip club here in Memphis. I was working a late shit so when I got off of work there wasn't a lot to do so I would go hang out with him. When I first started I was excited when I saw the women get on stage and perform. But as time progressed I really got numb to the whole thing to the point that seeing naked/half naked women walking around. To the point that seeing someone naked did absolutely nothing for me at all. The club was shut down 6 years ago and I am still totally numb to seeing a naked female it just doesn't do anything for me. Also I think that you might be more aroused by the non consensual side of things because of its taboo. You are fantasizing about taking something you want regardless of the moral implications and since it is frowned upon and considered wrong by society views it become more attractive as an option.</br>

I guess my tastes in tickling have changed slightly in the past as I have had more chances to experience it and see what it is like.

I think a sex comparison is appropriate here even though I can't find the article I read it in- What one person may like watching in porn before ever having sex (vanilla), may be different than what position they actually prefer during sex due to comfort, what body parts are visible and other factors. I used to be in love with non-bondage tickling, but ever since real life has proven that without seriously wrestling and pinning someone down they aren't going to let you get at the good spots!

Those kind of changes are pretty common. My fetish started off as a foot fetish and developed into tickling, and then graduated into something else. But i still love everything that i found out about on my journey to graduation.

That's what I suspected. It's just weird to imagine that I've had such an intense attraction to something but wasn't able to see it clearly.
