Wait....I seem to remember one exactly like this one only her face and the goat were drawn slightly more detailed and life-like....and the head was angled slightly different....or maybe I'm just hallucinating. I dunno...the face looks like it was altered slightly...

The artist is Mandell. Looks like the faker put a face from a HUNCHBACK OF NOTRE DAME vidcap on Mandell's artwork, for Satan knows what purpose.

I think this is one of the first of his I've seen.
