clothes can have that effect in a couple of ways - the ones (normally t-shirts) that actually say "tickle me" or "tickle me pink" or "ticklish" or "piggin' ticklish" or "lil miss giggles" etc etc on them - thats a clearly great excuse to tickle someone.

also, obviously the crop tops that leave a bare belly and waist, especially belly button, just scream "tickle this girl" .

I find loose shoes/dangling/backless shoes are like that so the feet can scream "tickle me".

Also socks with holes in do the same!"

black tights/nylons in boots are so sexy - almost any girl wearing them i want to tickle more than the next girl.

tenis outfits as well - everytime the girl goes to serve her armpit is begging for a quick tickle!

I am a guy who likes to wear cut off T shirts (sleeves and most of the sides cut off.) I have learned that I have to be careful who I am around when I wear them because they seem to be an invitation to rib and under arm tickling.

When my friends and i are going out with some intention to meet new guys, and depending on the season, i tend to wear:

Summer / late Spring: Flip flops, low cut jeans, cotton v neck sweater or a top that exposes my bb ring.... and yes, always sterling toe rings with a French Pedicure... or cut off denim shorts if we are going to a very casual place.

Winter: Tight black turtleneck jersey, low cut jeans, clogs and colorful toe sox, or by fav black boots...

Fall: depends... i like flip flops into the fall....

The idea is to attract guys that notice my feet and butt... some say my best "feetures"

For me, anything bare-midriff sends a very "loud and clear" message that I want to be tickled. My favorite website is the Frederick's-of-Hollywood site where they sell all the sexy midriff tops. I have lots of them from that store and also very low cut jeans, or shorts that come down to a "V" cut below the navel also indicate I desire to be tickled. I've also been tickled while sunbathing in a bikini. Very arousing!!!
