It went fine. It was to see where I am physically and what I need to do in order to lose weight.

I confess that I didn't take a shower til my wife came home an hour ago, she has already "punished" me by forcing me to take an ice cold shower when she constantly flushed the toilet, turned on every faucet to hot, ran the dishwasher, and put the warm clothes on to wash.
