I was curious if anyone here cosplays. I've been going to conventions for a while and have done many costumes including James from Team Rocket and Ishida from Bleach.
What costume s have you guys/girls done? If you never cosplayed which costume would you want to do?

i did

i cosplayed as Link one time, it was great, me and my friends went to a halloween party at my college and we did a Zelda theme

HDS does/did, but never made himself. I ordered costumes from a now-defunct operation. Alex Rowe of Last Exile and Maes Hughes of Full Metal Alchemist did I don costumes of.

I would probably like to make a costume of Sephiroth from FF7 or Walter C. Dolnez from Hellsing. Hmmm... maybe even Itachi or some grim reaper style. Well the more gothic the better for me 😉

Oh I make my own HDS but as long as you had fun with them, that's what counts.

always wanted to do something like this, but don't even know where to start looking for the parts of a costume. i might have to go to an Otakon one of these years. they sound right up my alley.

Let me be the first to say that that would be a sweet costume, made even better if you could get someone to cosplay as Nemu.

I have not cosplayed nor been to a convention where there were people cosplaying. (What can I say, Ottawa sucks!) I have seen some pictures from various places that look pretty cool. What sucks the most is that if I were to cosplay at a convention, I'd be doin it solo since I'm 100% positive none of my friends share my passion for anime.

I'm hoping to, at the least, attend such a convention in the near future. >_<

BigNorm I suggets picking a chracte r you like and try form there. Many costume s have been done thanks to thrift stores.

all i do is anime conventions so ive seen everything from Sailor Scouts...to Yuri Catgirls....to yaoi shirtless guys.....to Dance offs between pokemon and digimon

but i havent cosplayed cause im always a photographer and performer of music and comedy =D

but i am always a sucker for blue haired girls and ones with no shoes ^^
which is odd cause cosplayers without shoes is kinda odd

Went as Rude (FF7),Agent 47, and Frank West (Dead Rising) at Otakon 2007. This year I plan on going as either Billy Coen and Chris Redfield, depending on if my girlfriend decides to go as Jill or Rebecca.

i always thought about going as Coop from Megas XLR. have to do some more brainstorming.
