In anime terms, a cowgirl is a woman or girl with cow ears, a tail, and sometimes wearing a bell around the neck (not technically a furry). These may be real ears and tails or cosplay accessories. They are sometimes refered to as milktanks because of their big breasts (although non-cowgirl characters with big breasts are sometimes called this also).

When I saw you asking for cowgirls, I didn't think you were talking about this kind at first. ^^
