Well, a tablespoon or two is 'a bit'. I'm not making an alcoholic beverage, here. Because if I were, I'd be doing it with chocolate and milk and sugar... but I guess nobody here wants to know how to make a delicious chocolaty cocktail.

So, on to the topic at hand... has anyone tried crepes with lemon juice and sugar combined? My favourite coating!

I'd say to try a dessert one, myself. Slab of ice cream, some jam and/or sauce. Maybe some whip cream, add a few berries... :drool :drool I GOTS to find me a crepe pan to make me some! (Don't know what it's 'technically' called but it's a pan, but opposite, kind of. [Flips out (convex) instead of in like a normal pan, that's concave] You just drip some pancake batter onto it and, there you go, got yourself a crepe! 😀 Just, might need a spatula to get it off. 😛)

Well, you have pancake mix, right? And a spatula? I'm pretty sure that's all that Bella used, and regardless, that's just about all you need if you want to make one yourself (with or without a specific crepe making, thing :huh :lol).

In essence, it's just a very very thin pancake (like, almost paper-thin thin). Either way, good luck! :happy:

Hahahahahaha no. The recipe I used calls for flour and confectioner's sugar sifted together. Then you beat eggs, milk, melted butter, salt, and vanilla with it until it's nice and smooth. Pancake mix, indeed! I'll thank you not to insult my cooking. :stickout

Oh my god, crepes. I haven't made them since the great Crepe Fiasco of 2003. The only time I couldn't eat something my group and I prepared in Home Ec. Nasty. -shivers- Though I do want to attempt again, sometime...any fillings you'd recommend? If I can remember correctly, the Horrid Crepes of Doom had some kind of wonky apple filling...
