Most of the Renfaire clips that I have seen apparently took place in Europe (primarily Italy). There are Renfaires in the US, but has anyone been to one where a girl has been tickled in the foot stocks in the "town square"? I thought it might pave the way to answer your question if we could find a US renfaire and get the answer you are seeking. I have no answer myself but would love to observe tickling stocks at a US renfaire and then inquire if the victim knew what was coming.

The vids were sold to (mostly) overseas customers. A customer posted them on their own accord.

I'm pretty sure these women have no idea they were put into a video.

Sure, it happens, but it can end with a conviction. It's possible that most don't care, but all it needs is one person to find out and care about it.

Plus, I am not sure about the "not caring". I can't think of very many people who would be happy to find out videos of them were sold to fetishists.

IIRC, when the organizers of the Renfaire Marco worked at found out that he was filming videos of the women and posting them here, they kicked him out. So, no. Being in Europe didn't change anything.

Still, I expect the debate over the morality of this to last another five or six pages. It's what we do 'round here.

Perhaps not, but I recall reading (and posting here) a news item a while back about a guy who told women he was an art student and took pictures of their feet, then posted them on a pay website that he ran.
