Ok folks, I've got the book handy, I'll post this questionaire shortly. Its actually not a test based thing with answers to questions, its mainly meant to show you the likelyhood, if any, that you have been adbucted.

Ok, this is really long and alot of stuff to type so I'm going to condense each part into it's own post. To make it easier to understand the first set of clues are of abduction itself, and the remaining clues are post-abduction characteristics (to be more precise so you don't get confused numbers 1-5 are abduction clues, and post-abduction has 5 points as well). At the end of each bit there will be an "Alternative Explaination" which gives a scientifically explained viewpoint and gives us something to consider.

Once I'm finished we can discuss the details as they might apply to us.

1: Sighting a UFO

Whether the subject is randomly chosen or sought specifically for abduction we can only guess, but sighting a UFO is often the first indication of an imminent abduction, and more often than not the strrting point in hypnotic regression, before the whole story unfolds. In British abductions, there seem to be two very common types of UFO which are sighted just before the victims lose all sense of time: the black triangular UFO, similar to those sighting in Belgium in 1990 and the traditional silver reflective flying saucer.

Alternative Explaination

Many UFOs are not unexplained at all- they are in fact conventional aircraft sighted from strange angles. Also responsible for many UFO sightings are meteors, balloons, satellites or shooting stars, although it is evident that not all UFOs can be categorized quite so readily.

2: Experience Of Intense Light

This light is most often blue, sometimes green and very bright. It usually strikes the forehead.

This could be caused by epilepsy, which is sometimes preceded by this characteristic vision of intense light.

3: Crackling Noises

An unusual, possibly internal, crackling noise in the ear, also noted in OBEs (Out of Body Experience), seems to repeat itselfat an ever-increasing rate during the abduction, until the next phase of the experience occurs.

Electromagnetic energy can cause high-piched noises and feelings of fear, although this explaination could be equally applied in favor of alien abduction, as electromagnetic energy is linked to UFO activity.

4: OBE- Out of Body Experience

Usually described s floating above the bed or above the position where your physical body is suspended, in a "spirit-like" state.

This could be a vivid lucid dream, or a dream state where you remain very aware within your drem environment. However, this is hard to accept when dream surroundings are identical to actual surroundings.

5: Night Seizures And Paralysis

These night seizures prevent speech or movement and yet the victim can still be concscious. What is interesting is the correlation between night seizures and OBEs. The victim remembers floating in paralysis away from where they are sleeping, sometimes moving through solid objects such as walls. In an abduction scenario, this is sometimes akin to the "tractor beam," a beam of energy which tows the person up into a spacecraft for closer examination.

Night seizures could simply be caused by a paralyzing hormone which your body secretes during sleep to prevent you from acting out your dreams and injuring yourself.

Ok, I forgot to mention that the preceding was ordered by level of seriousness in abduction scenarios, as part of a "phase" of how it usually goes.

Now is the Post-Abduction Characteristics.

1: Lost Time

Abduction vicitims experience loss of awareness of what happened, usually within a time frame of a matter of hours, although some people experience time loss within minutes. Often, this loss of time is instantly recognizable; abductees have reported glancing at their watch twice within a few seconds and noticing dramatic lapse in time. This discrepancy has even been revealed to people while they're driving. Loss of time is one of the most common characteristics of alien abduction reports and as such deserve much more study.

Time loss could be attributed to a fit or type of epilepsy (such as temporal-lobe epilepsy), although most abductees have no history of this ailment. It would not be applicable to some cases, such as driving whilst being abducted, unless the car managed to drive itself for a couple of hours.

2: Screen Memory

When trying to remember events within the lost time, abductees have a strong image of something that has nothing to do with aliens or UFOs and cannot comprehend why. This is often refered to as an implanted screen memory. Abductees will frequently experience a strong image, yet will be confused as to why they are remembering it and exactly when it occured.

3: Nose Bleeds And Scars

Mysterious nose bleeds and scarring, such as the mysterious marks that appeared on British abductee Pauline Delcour-Minn (above) may eventually be accounted for in regression or remembered during abduction. These symptoms could be the result of being medically examined by aliens. Nose bleeds can occur due to implants which certain Ufologists, such as Derrel Sims, claim to have seen surigically removed. When analyzed, these implants have shown a strange mineral composition.

4: Vivid Dreams

Abductees suffer vivid memories and dreams of alien beings, which usually reveal the image of a small grey humanoid figure with large black eyes. Such strong images usually cause trauma and anxiety when recalled or viewed in an illustration. For those who have not been regressed or have little idea of why they should fear the image, this can become a very confusing and disturbing time. Sometimes the fear is related soley to the two oval black eyes.

Eyes are particularly emotive. A fear of black eyes could come about from a fear of insects such as wasps, or a fear of skulls and their link with death.

5: Obsessive Pursuit Of UFO Knowledge

Abduction victims feel compelled to deepen their understanding of UFO and alien phenomena, to the point of obsession.

6: Insomnia

Insomnia, the inability to fall asleep, can become particularly acute around the early hours of the morning. This is also a time when UFO sightings are remarkably common. Subconscious fear of sleep could be linked with the trauma of night abductions, or the possibility that abductions are related to OBEs- which usually happen just prior to sleep.

This can be explained by a fear of the dark, fear of the unknown, or perhaps an irrational fear of imagined aliens. Hyperactive or generally stressed individuals usually find they cannot sleep.

7: Heightened Spiritual Awareness

After contact with UFOs and aliens, a sense of spirituality is sometimes rekindled, which is comparable to religious conviction. In extreme cases, psychic ability is demonstrated, whereby people claim to be able to link telepathically with others.

Ufology can be viewedas a new religion, since traditional religions have lost appeal to the "baby boom" generation. Could the hunger for a meaning to life be satisfied through a belief in aliens, with their supposed interest in our spiritual growth?

Didn't Mexico's airforce( yeah...i was shocked that Mexico has an airforce) report unidentified flying objects over the summer? Have the objects been identified yet? Apparantly the pilots said the aircraft possesed "out fo this world" manuvering capabilities. If memory serves me right...it was above mexico city. I must say that if I had an aircraft that moved that fast..i'd party in mexico city!
