Papi- Thanks for not chasing me around as I do plan to repost in the future. I just hope this time my thread can be what I want it to be. I'm sorry if it offends anyone, but I can only offer the same advice i've been offering all along. If you don't like it, move along.

nerrad- I'm pretty much with you 100%. I have my pics on-line and could give a damn what people do with them. And if you find something somewhere that turns you on then that is where you find it. It could be on this site, any other site, or anywhere in the world.

nerrad - The pictures that were posted weren't foot, tickling or bondage shots. They were pictures of chicks standing around. If the pictures were foot shots, then I wouldn't care as much since you couldn't see the girls' faces.

I don't have an unrealistic expectation that everyone online considers the feelings of others first. That'd be nice and it'll also never happen.

In my opinion you just admitted that what this thread/poll is about is wrong. You basically said that if you do what this thread/poll is about then you aren't considering the feelings of others.

I agree that it's unrealistic for everyone online to consider the feelings of others. But, it's very realistic for Tickle Theater (members and/or mods) to consider the feelings of others. And I think that would be nice and I think it could easily happen.

I figured that some guys would say they don't care about where pictures of them end up on the internet. And that is cool, but females care. And since most females on myspace probably don't have fetishes since most people in general don't have fetishes, or at least you can't assume that they do, I think chicks on myspace would care a lot. So, since they probably or possibly care, I think that should be enough to not do it.

And one more thing, I realize that you, nerrad, and you, someoneelse, gave me compliments in your posts and that is nice of you two to do that. And I'm sorry that I didn't say thanks in my last post. I was just in debate mode. But, just because the both of you did that, I'm not going to all of the sudden change my mind. I'm still going to debate the topic. And to me this a polarizing yes or no topic, so I'm not even trying to avoid the polarizing of it.

That's cool, Papi. I admire you defending your position more than if you'd change your mind. I don't completely disagree with you anyway. You certainly have a point, I just didn't find myself quite as objecting. Your point about guys feeling differently than girls is something I hadn't considered. I was purely thinking of myself.

But I see nothing wrong with taking the higher ground. And I'm sure that there are other visitors here, new or otherwise, that would find it endearing and choose this forum over others like it for those types of reasons.

it would be impossible for us to verify whether amateur models had given specific consent to have their pictures reposted here.

You know there is at least one answer I can think of that put's the control in the hands of those who originally post up thier pics. Just open the pic up in some program like photoshop and then overlap a text like "Not for use elsewhere," or "Do not distribute or share." It will not prevent all abuse, but at least the person who has posted has been clear in thier intent. I'm not one for trying to guess where a person wants thier photo distributed or not distributed. If they post something without telling what they want and know that a pic can be copied (and posted elsewhere), then they are giving up thier right to "privacy."

As for TT behaving on a higher moral ground and not posting those kinds of pics without consent, TT also supports freedom of speech which is higher on my moral compass (especially in this situation). If the posters of said pics had asked that the pics not be distributed, I would feel differently.

But here is something to chew on. If you post a pic up of a person and use thier real first name, suggesting that they are into tickling when they are not, you could be coming very close to slander/libel. So if you are going to post pics of people protect them and yourself.

How long can we really debate this? No one is going to change their opinion no matter what anyone else says. I feel that I have done nothing wrong by taking pictures and information from one public place and moving them to another. Regardless of where I moved it to or for what reason I did it, I still don't feel wrong for doing that. People can think whatever they want about me, I really don't care. I feel like we are all here to do our own thing, and as far as I'm concerned that really should be without critisizm. I've said it over and over and I'll say it again. If it ain't for you, move along and find something that is. We can all be happy i'm sure.

Papi- I'm not trying to change your or anyone elses mind about anything. The compliment was a just a compliment. And yes most of them are "chicks standing around", but I placed them in the non-tickling pics section. Which is exactly what they are, pictures of girls that are not being tickled.

As for TT behaving on a higher moral ground and not posting those kinds of pics without consent, TT also supports freedom of speech which is higher on my moral compass (especially in this situation). If the posters of said pics had asked that the pics not be distributed, I would feel differently.

If taking pics of chicks from myspace, photobucket, facebook, etc. and posting them here without consent wasn't allowed I don't think that would be hindering or decreasing free speech.

Not allowing somebody to do something without somebody's consent is also more important to me than the free speech of the person who is doing the non-consented action.

I'm gonna lock this until further notice.

If any mod wants to unlock it, they can, but, its not constructive for either side to continue arguing about something like this.
