Does Las Vegas have a good tickle scene?

I'm a 24 male who is going over there for a week in October and I was wondering what are the odds that someone wants to be my ler/lee? Just for fun!

Good question... the odds? Well you are going to Vegas.
As for fun, you only get out of it what you put in I suppose. I'm sure that if you paid somebody to tickle with, your odds would be better...
