Yes, the Yankees have clinched the AL East, while the NL East is tied with 8 games to play. Even better, the Mets and Braves have a 3-game series yet to play with each other. 😀

Yes, it's their last game against each other and the season series is tied 9-9, so whoever wins also gets first tie-breaker rights as well.
