Failed soda products

I thought 7Up has caffeine in it.It's Sprite that has no caffeine

Nope. I don't think either of them do. I like both equally. They are the only soft drinks I can enjoy a meal with in any way. Maybe something about the caffeine? I dunno.

anyone remember Upper Ten?

and caramel in a soft drink...ewwwwwwww

One of my friends was in a Tab commercial in the late 70's :lol

I only drink mineral water these days but used to go through a lot of Royal Crown cola when I was young.

Caramel coloring is what gives Coke and Pepsi it's color. It's not the same stuff you melt and put on candy apples or find inside your Milky Way Bar.

Only if served in the traditional manner with one of these.

As for Tab, isn't it an energy drink now, its niche having been long since taken over by Diet Coke?

Although it is not sold everywhere in the country, I promise you that if you go to a King Soopers or Safeway supermarket in this area (the Colorado front range) you can purchase a twelve-pack of Tab, the diet soda.

I havn't tried coke zero, but only cause the half calories of C2 was bad enough.

I tried a can of Pepsi Throwback. While I admit I don't drink much sugared soda, I didn't notice that much difference between it and the current stuff. A bit "spicier" than the current recipe. perhaps.

Who here partook of a 90's concoction called "Orbit" (I never have)? It was this disgusting-looking gel in which were suspended green or orange - well, they looked like colored balls of styrofoam. Went off the shelves pretty fast as I recall.

That "Orbit" vaguely rings a bell. Blip on the screen, though. I wonder if there's any vids of the ads for it on YouToob.

Is the item below a real drink? :yowza:

If its anything like its meat product it would be delicious
