Olive Oyl in "Bridge Ahoy". Popeye reruns were a staple of early 90s Cartoon Network. I got to see this scene many times.

Now that I think of it, no wonder I love "scenes of desperation". And pretty women with long, slender feet. Wait! Do I owe my sexual preferences to a 7 minute cartoon from the 1930s? To quote Ron Simmons, "DAMN!"

As mentioned further up the opening scene from Animaniacs stuck with me ….
