The sad part is The Nanny had an episode with Fran in a sawing illusion but they left the shoes on. If you research the Russian version of The Nanny episode with the sawing they show her wiggling her tan nylon feet in a couple of different shots. Worth the effort to research it.

There is an episode of the Nanny, and I can't believe I know this because I haven't seen the show in 20 years, but she was stuck in an elevator with Mr. Sheffield. She gets on his shoulders and climbs up through the top opening and her feet are dangling. She's wearing sheer skin toned pantyhose and she slaps Mr. Sheffield in the face a little with her dangling feet (no shoes on). That was a great moment.
