I've seen pictures of Juri from Street Fighter tickled. She's a little raunchy and mostly uses her feet to fight.

I never watched Last Airbender much but I saw a pic of Toph being foot tickled in stocks by the water girl and it was pretty good.

If a character uses their feet to fight or otherwise utilize their power it is always exciting to think about them having their biggest asset used as their biggest weakness!
