It sounds like an idea that was imported from overseas to me. So, even if "fish-nibbling-as-therapy" appears finished here Stateside, it might be an available spa-treatment elsewhere.

I agree with misterpedi. The human touch is probably best for that sort of thing. It just seems like there's something not right about tricking hungry fishes into picking our feet-detritus clean.
