Does anyone know what these red things are and if they actually work?

They appear to be bullet vibrators taped to some sort of pet grooming pad, like this one: https://www.chewy.com/bodhi-dog-grooming-dog-cat-small/dp/142126

I imagine that like most tickle tools the effectiveness really depends on the Lee. I've heard first hand testimony from people who say that vibrators taped to the feet do indeed work on them. I imagine the pads may help.

They work well on some people 😀 but don't do much for others. 🙁
