Forum continually logging me out

Each day recently, it seems like the forum has been logging me out, and I keep having to acquire a new password to get back in. I'm not sure why this is. Sometimes it was doing this when I was looking at clips, but I havent viewed any clips recently.

Any thoughts on why or what I might do to prevent this from happening?

sounds a bit like a cookies issue to me. have you cleaned them out recently?

Yeah this happened to me the other week too, clearing the cookies sorted it for me as cloudgazer2k said 🙂

Nah. It's not a cookies thing. It's been doing it to me consistently for the past week and a half. Others as well, because when I refresh the page there's only like 80 people on the Member's List.

Yeah it is wierd! It's never done that before. I am having the same issues.

I should note that this happens to me when I am either just surfing the forum itself, or before I have logged in. Usually, when I log in, my profile comes up. Sometimes, I click on the enter the forums option, and it shows no profile, password, and that I am not a member. When this happens, I have to use the login feature, and get a new password, to get back in. I dont even have to be in the chatroom for it to log me out. It's weird.

I'm not sure if it's the same issue. But, when I'm in the midst of typing a longish response, I'll have to sign back in before it will go through. No need for a new password, just logging back in. It's been a couple of weeks that this has been happening. I just thought it was because of the mod status on the handle for the support group...that it would sign me out for security purposes if I was perceived as being idle for too long. But, it may be the same thing. I'll note it here if it happens again.

went from 700 + and now its only 132! soo wierd!

Something's definately wrong. I think HDS will be back next week, so let's wait for him and see if he can sniff it out. It seems relatively benign as crash bugs go.

I should be up then tonight and will attempt to watch for it; I have noticed nothing in the logs, something which suggests it is not webserver-related.
