ideogram.ai for the base image, openart.ai to make any alterations, (clothing, facial expression, breast augmentation, etc.), and to generate the video clips, I use iMovie to layer the clips together, eleven labs.com to generate dialog and laughter and finally iMovie again to edit the dialog into the clip.

That's a labor of love. Lots of work. Really great job! I'm surprised that ideogram actually worked for base image based on my own experience with it on how they flag nearly anything and everything as "not safe" with that cute but stupid cat image.
