I cant order any clips. Whenever I click 'Order clips' , it says there is an "Internal Server Error" Whats that about? How do I order?

that entire website has an internal error right now. they should be back up in a matter of 24 hours, from what i hear... thanks.

sorry but the sample clip doesn't play on my computer. It seems to have loaded okay, but the media "PLAY" will not engage. It just shows the "STOP" button depressed and it won't change.

any ideas?

each computer has its own little quirks, but i DO know that these sample clips all play on either Windows Media Player and Real Player. hope you get it working.

This Internal Server Error thing is going on for about a week already. Are you sure they are making progress there? We are just getting impatient ... but you are loosing money!
