That being said, whose more likely to get a university education and thus a high paying job, have a good family and be able to retire successfully: the kid whose parent values education and hardwork or the kid whose parent values booze and drugs? It's easier for a rich, or middle class, child to stay at that level or rise up than it is for a poor kid to rise to the middle class.

95% of all americans will retire in a state of dependance, that is wthe way that it always has been and it always will be. the vast majority over 75 percent of all that do retire well owneed there own business.
not to say that get a good education and a high paying job is not a grteat way to go for a lot of people, its a good thing and leads to a lot of great oppurtunities, but what i think my esteemed colleague was alluding to is the fact that every person in this country reguardless of backround educatoin, color or creed has the freedom to at least a-own their own job, or b own their own business system, and to do so no matter what is as a result of their own choices. even parenting is a source of influences that are dramatic, but the children decide. my fathers mother was a debilitating alcoholic who beat him religiously and forced him to feed clothe and raise his younger syblings from the age of 13 bewcause she drank herself into cirosis of the liver. but now he owns his own masonry company and is doing quite well. when you look at the country as a whole the top about 15-20 percent of the people do most of the work and thus in turn get the most of the money which is why the system is the best in the world, all you have to do is wake up one day and decide that you want to be one of the top 15-20 percent and you can be through hard work no matter where you cmoe from. of the top 10 income earners in the united states 6 do not have a college education and of the 4 that do have a college education 2 of them work for bill gates who was a drop out.
Just bend the spoon neo, its amazing how much this country really is just believing that you can bend the spoon, not being born with it as a group of people on the far left would make it seem
