I don't think that's gonna be ticklish. It looks like liquid nitrogen for use on plantar warts... :disgust:
 
I've had liquid nitrogen applied for warts on my back. It doesn't tickle, it just feel freezing cold. 🙁
 
I was wondering why it looked like the doc was holding a cup of coffee...seemed a little unsanitary while you're working on someone's feets.
 
I think the patient has a pretty cute foot, and the doctor isn't bad looking herself. :xpeepsofa
