I agree with giggle. While it may be true that some who "look ticklish" turn out to be so, I dont think one can tell by looks, or be sure, unless you actually tickle them. My main ex girlfriend, Jenny, who I've posted about on here before, did have a certain "ticklish look" about her, I thought, but then when I became her boyfriend and tried to tickle her, she wasnt ticklish at all. No, it wasnt only me, she wasnt ticklish, because her family and friends told me they tried to tickle her through her life, long before she met me, and she just wasnt ticklish.
While I do believe that maybe some people can "look ticklish" and actually turn out to be, I dont think looking ticklish is an accurate way of telling who is or isnt. You have to either tickle the person, or see them being tickled, to know for sure.
