My husband keeps saying he hates to be tickled but lately I've been giving him gentle tickle backrubs, making him get chills and squirm a little and he's been loving it! I wonder if in time I can convert him to be a lee since he took to being a ler so easily?

Hendrix played guitar with his teeth, behind his back (AFAIK, anyhow). I wonder how he would have fared with a foxy lady tickling his ribs while he was playing? More stellar guitar riffs, perhaps? :~)
 
I agree with the majority, that gentle tickling has a far greater effect on the lee' than harder pokes. However, i believe the addition of pokes and jabs while light stroking makes a better effect! It suprises the lee', making her burst out into giggles, unable to resist. the other drawback with the 'softly, softly' approach is that as as a ler', you feel almost frustrated and you really want to jab into that flesh, insted of just brushing it with your fingers (or any other impliment). And it is possiable with some individuals that they could be able to resisit this 'body-stroking', hense the jabs are still needed. Of course, these are just my predictions, since I don't have a subject to try them out on (or on me). And the effects are all about the individual at the end of the day, anyway.

Gentle ticking is my absolute fave way to tickle! Not only is it more sexy, but it is fun, relaxing and you can go on for long time without hurting the ticklee!

Another thing is, since it doesn't cause the ticklee to spasm so much, you can do it without bondage! It'll be fun to see how long the lee can hold without running away.

Another plus is that this way to tickle helps to remove dead skin cells and promote blood circulation to make your skin more supple!
