I just had to share the good news with some folks that I care about...

I just got my acceptance letter today for graduate school!!!

I'm going to be a PT---in 2.5 years, you can call me Dr. Camel!!!! 😉

Thanks to everyone for their love and support through the past few weeks, as you've all helped me to laugh during a very tense time!!!

the hollywood brother is totally bowled over by this great news. the hollywood brother knows that you camel will be a great therapist because you got a great heart. that makes you care about people. the hollywood brother just wish he knew you when he needed phyiscal therapy and rehabiliation

I hope you do well in the next years and soon you will be proud to call yourself Doctor. I have also been accepted to schools recently. I am going to start on a 5 year Masters of Occupational Therapy program. I was considering PT as well but in the end OT was a better fit for me... 2 Great professions though. Good Luck Camel!!!

Congrats! What does PT stand for though? I'll also be going to grad school next year as well, but I'll be looking at 5-7 years most likely. Getting a Ph.D. in philosophy. Only 2 possibilites after that: a professor, or the smartest most crazy bum on the street.

No, I won't be at the same school as undergrad, but it's very close by!!!

Way to go on the OT decision, KO!! I feel you can't have PT without OT and vice versa...maybe we'll wind up working together someday!!!

AR--you can definitely have some therapy on several conditions: 1) You and Jeff come visit to get said therapy and 2) we get to tickle you once whatever afflicted body part has healed!!!! 😉

Congrats, Camel26! That is a very hard thing to achieve, and I know how you feel: I am going to sign into FER(Colledge of Electrotechnics and Computer Sciences), which is THE HARDEST colledge in all Croatia, so say all the students from all the coledges.

Ko, when I was younger, I was seriously interested in medical school, but I couldn't get financial aid. If I ever had the opportunity to attend medical or veterinary school, however, I would gladly do so 🙂

Untrue. Im a physical therapist, strength an conditioning coach as well as a site manager at an orthepedic surgery center. Personal trainer to those i have time for. So anyone needing an internship might want to look my way. When your in charge you can do alot.
 
I actually just now had a tickling experience with one of my nurses, i needed her to open a door for me as my arms were full. And she made the "im goona tickle tickle ya" pharase known, but i just gave her "the look." And it didnt happen. I cant go walking around my office with a chub because a cute nurse tickled me can i?
