I'm surprised the Philly area doesn't already have a group. I was thinking, a little more of Central Pa but if you want to drive over, come on. Also, found a link to a Yahoo group posted here but it doesn't work. Maybe it was deleted.

north east pennsylvania, there is a club that has a meet and greet every saturday night. no cover, and many people attend, way to meet different people, and an effective way to start a club in pennsylvania...message me for details.

Heard back for Sirboggle, he won't be restarting his group so I will. Should be running by the end of the month and will be listed in Yahoo as Penn-Tick-Asso. If we can't get away with the PTA thing we can say we are entomologists.

good lord amy, I was born in Harrisburg (lived in Middletown until I was 11, then dragged to Texas against my young will). why are all the ticklegals in PA, my home state?

Attempting to moderate a sub-group would be difficult. The easiest way would be to start a group in that area.
