Halloween Ends

Saw it two weeks ago on peacock...won't give away any spoilers if you haven't yet seen it...

But what are your thoughts on this movie....love it? hate it?

Is this truly the end? I'm not sure...

I will say that Mike Myers was not in the movie that much.

I have seen every Halloween out there, including the Rob Zombie version, and a few fan films...Halloween one and two are equally the best IMO.....and enhanced of course by John Carpenter's and Debra Hill's iconic theme song, which totally made the movie complete...John had originally shown Halloween to a room full of viewers with no music...reaction was not what he was hoping for, so he quickly wrote the theme song, then showed the movie again, with the music edited in just the right places...definitely a huge difference in the reactions of those same viewers...the music made the movie

I thought it was ok. I wish they'd done more with the story of Corey - without getting into spoilers, it seemed like they were going in a particular direction with him, but that story thread just sort of disappeared.

I think it's the end of this trilogy, but in a couple of years I'm sure they'll reboot it again.

I just saw it on Saturday and was disappointed in it. It was ok and I wanted to see a horror movie on Halloween weekend but I was expecting a much better movie to end the saga.
