Has the classic "news anchor has her feet tickled during a broadcast" ever actually happened?

Yes. I don’t have The recording anymore, but there was a legit news show segment where a female newscaster was at some theme park that had one of those Velcro things where you wear a suit and jump onto some type of a wall.
She of course, got stuck as tends to happen, and one of newscaster ladies in back at the studio suggested the camera man tickle the stuck woman’s feet. He of course, did, and she started laughing.

I can think of another one where a hot skinny brunette reporter with colorful socks on gets duct taped to a door during a Halloween segment during a news TV show.
They take the bench out from under where she's standing and she ends up hanging from the door taped to it.
One of the female newscasters in the split screen in the reporting room says "tickle her"... which the guy doing the duct taping promptly does on her socked skinny feet and sides. I think there was another girl who joined in too at one point. They also use a chop stick at one point.
Thought I had that vid saved on YouTube somewhere but looks like it either got deleted or I didn't have it saved.

now that I think of it, yes, you’re right. That’s the segment I was thinking of. It’s been over a decade so somehow I figured it was Velcro, but it was in fact what you’re describing
The velcro wall you mention at a theme park I think was also a clip but I remember less of it.

I can't say that I've ever seen it but man would I love to. I'm sure someone has to have been lucky enough to have a local news cast where it's happened

More of a feature story, but Jenna Bush - the president's daughter who is now a journalist was on a segment with her friend. Fuzzy on the details, something to do with feet. Jenna was laying on a bench and her friend tickled her bare feet. Jenna giggled and pulled her feet back a little.
So my local news KTLA does a weekend segment called the 838 Stretch where everyone stretches and the ladies often do yoga poses many times barefoot
Couple months ago this was the pose and you see the quick tickle right here. They cut away but a moment lady you heard the blonde laugh

It's definitely gotta still be out there somewhere. Sometimes you can hit a gold mine for mainstream stuff on YouTube Playlists people have made. The downside is that you'd have to sort through 100s - 1000s manually to find it.

Well, not exactly, but kinda in the spirit of this topic.
Many years ago, I was a freshman in college and thought I wanted to get into media (TV, print..wasn’t sure). I was in a community college and our instructor for the class was actually a primetime female anchor for one of the top 4 local stations in a very large US city. A local celebrity at the time to be sure.
I enjoyed her class and we got along great. I was very ill one morning and had taken some meds to sleep that didn’t work, so I was groggy and high on cold medicine, but had to call in so I wasn’t counted unexcused absent. No cell phones those days, and she didn’t work at the college, so she had given the class either her office number or her home number.. can’t remember which.
So my delirious ass called her and she answered. I told her I was ill, and she said ok. Then, for some dumb drugged out reason, I asked her that question. “Hey, is it true that someone sits under your desk and tickles your feet to make you smile during your newscast?” After I said it, I couldn’t believe I did. She chuckled and said, “Jack, are you volunteering?” I said, “huh!!”. She repeated “Are you volunteering?” Mortified, I replied, “no.. uh no.” She chuckled again and said, “Hope you feel better”, and that was the end of it.
I was so embarrassed and couldn’t face her after that so I dropped the class. Never saw her again (in person).

I know for a fact that I have the one with the girl duct taped to the wall on a hard drive. I was really trying to take a break from looking at fetish material because it's ruining my sex drive and causing some compulsive behaviors but I can try to scrounge it up

There's no need... someone found an old thread with the clip attached several posts higher up. So it's already been recovered.
Found it in my archives. The tickling takes place in part 2 and is very brief. But she's hot and you can see the panic set in when she realizes she's going to be tickled in her feet.
And that sucks... I'm getting an error when trying to upload the 3 files...

I was a structural in the journalism department of a large university. I also made documentaries for a local public TV station. I used students to assist by researching and interviewing people. I emphasized to them as student journalists they needed concentration.
The students often made research call and interviews on phone in my office. With a few of the female students I would test their ability to concentrate by picking up her feet, removing shoes and tickling her feet just to the point of her bursting out in laughter. Then I'd stop for a few seconds before continuing with feather like strokes.
Third was very much like tickle vids you can find on YouTube. I did this with several coeds but never any repercussions. But, as I said, it was a long time ago.
