:wavingguy HI KERED. What exactly is falling from the sky where you are? Is it going to freeze later? We will have it to contend with on Monday. :sigh:
 
Hi Carl! We have just had rain with the big amount going to fall tonight and into Monday. Temps are above freezing so we don't think there will be much snow at all late Monday when it gets colder and no precipitation for several days after.
 
Hi Carl! I was called out for over six hours today to clear the roads.
 
:wavingguy HI KERED. A serious question today. Do they still install snow fence in Indiana? They have quit doing here in Pennsylvania, as they say the modern equipment can remove the snow without having to put up snow fence. However, the other day when it was blowing at 30+ mph, Lancaster County roads were being blown shut as fast as they plowed them.😕
 
Yes, we have snow fence in some places but they only work when facing one direction. This last two snows here were out of the northeast and snow fences would do no good. Our snow is usually out of the west/northwest. And if snow is whipping around at 30mph then there is not much you can do with it no matter where you erected the fence..
 
Um.........snow melted a little, I got three truckloads of 53 stone to stockpile, and ate at Wendy's.
