Actually these were clips of her sister getting tickled. Excelent foot tickling I must say (and I am even more into upperbody!). Those clips were available on TickleTheater. Unfortunately they have been removed, since Hilary's sister was below 18 when this video was made.

I have been looking for these clips in yahoo groups, etc. but sofar was not able to locate them. Does anyone have any ideas?
 
What? Hayley Duff is Hilary's older sister, and she was well over 18 when that clip was made. Man... and that clip was pretty sweet too... I don't know about you guys, but I think Hayley is a lot more attractive too (and apparently more ticklish as well). Are you sure they didn't just remove the clip with Hilary getting tickled?

The clips I have seen in the past with the Duff's were taken from a longer promo clip on the Hillary Duff site. There were two tickling segments in it. The first one had Hillary tickling her sisters feet, while she was squirming on a couch. In the second one a black guy (Hillary's manager?) grabs the leg of sister Haylay and starts tickling her feet. Fantastic reactions on her part! After a while Hillary joins in, grabs the other leg and starts tickling as well.

I have seen a post on TickleTheater where was explained that Hayley was under 18 at the time of the tickling. Therefore they removed the complete thread with several clips in it. I searched for the thread but indeed could not find it anymore.

bigearl7, do you have those clips posted somewhere on yahoo? I don't think it makes sense to repost it on TickleTheater ...
 
There WAS a clip of Hillary being tickled on Tickle Town.com
But they no longer have the mainstream clips up. It was from an outtake of her show on Disney.

Who cares? The legal system of the United States.

Talk to any of the moderators, and let them explain to you how this site has almost been shut down because of content with minors in it.

You have to be 18 to enter into a contract, anything under that is considered a minor.

What you're thinking of is most states have different ages for statutory rape, In most states it's 15 or 16. If they are older than that, it's legal to have consensual sex with them. They are still considered minors until 18. I may not agree, but that's the way it is.

I'm not a lawyer, but that's how I understand it.
 
People, we are talking about imaginary tickling a celebrity.

She happens to be 17 at the moment. Does it really matter which age she is if you just want to tickle her feet? This is not sex nor is it rape.

If there was an age limitation to tickle somebody, then most of use would go to jail for tickling our sisters or cousins. And they are possibly around our age. Oh my God, don't even get me started with that obnoxious uncle that every family seems to have that tickles to kids until they pee.

We need to make sure we maintain a clear perpective here. Unless you are looking at tickling as a preamble for sex, then keep it real. It is a fun harmless game.
 
Unfortunately the law is not always in line with what is acceptable from a human perspective. We are dealing here with a regulation that is meant to prevent sexual abuse of minors, which is a good think in my opinion. On the sidelines of that law there is a grey area, and I guess we have to take that with it.

I saw the clip of Hayley getting her feet tickled and I don't think there was anything wrong with it. It looks to me that this was just playfully tickling without any preoccupied intent. The camera was accidentally available and I too would have kept it rolling. But we don't know the exact story behind it, there might be a kind of setup with Hayley totally disageeing.

So for the sake of those minors who are really getting abused, lets accept that there is some "acceptable" tickling stuff that we should stay away from.
 
As I remember there was a small video clip of Hilary getting tickled also. It was very similar to the one of her sister Haylie getting tickled. As a matter of fact, I think it was even the same guy doing the tickling. I believe the clips were part of a video diary that Hilary was posting on her official website during her music tour last year. They were streaming videos and they had a soundtrack of her music running over the actual sound so you couldn't hear any laughter. Because they were streaming, you couldn't easily download them. Whoever made the Haylie video had "video capture" software of somekind that allowed them to save the stream. I haven't seen the Hilary file posted anywhere though. I've just seen the Haylie file(s).

Who cares if they are a minor or not. Foot tickling is different to some people. They enjoy seeing it no matter how old they are. Tickling is not illeagal in most states and no one said they wanted to have sex with either of em. I love how you all say stuff like "Is she leagal?" but you mean it in a tickling world kinda sense. Pathetic has a name.... make sure its not your own.
 
There were several clips on her website. The one I have seen only had Hayley getting tickled. Possibly there was an other one with Hilary on the receiving end. Does anyone have that clip?
