I don't know how else to say it, this forum has almost been shut down for people talking about content with minors, so we can't do it, like it or not that's how it is.
 
Just curious when this forum was "almost" shut down and who by?

Nothing illegal about wanting to tickle a 17 year old celebs feet.... Just don't take it any further.

A while back, before you were registered. It was talked about by Myriads, the creator of the TMF(also a moderator). It is in the Tickling Discussion. He was contacted by the athorities. This is a fetsh forum, so even if what is said is not intended to be sexual, being said on this kind of website makes it considered sexually based, at least as far as the law is concerned. You are right, it is not illegal to want to tickle a 17 year old's feet, but it is illegal to say it, here anyway. Say what you want, but I'm right.

Sorry, but the law makes a difference between tickling underage feet and distributing a video of it.

My Lord, I've said the same thing four times, and said it clearly too. He did it playfully sn was not innapproproate, so he was fine. If he had come to the TMF or any oter fetish forum, and described his experince then yes, he would be breaking the law. Go and read the forum rules, what you all are arguing abut is cleary stated.
 
It is a shame that a few uptight people are the reason why such laws are created. Why should the majority be subject to the histrionics of the few?

In a way I agree with you. However, such jerks do exist and they do much harm. And if it helps to prevent this from happening, even partially, I am more than willing to put my own fetish aside.

The question that remains here is: is the Duff clip illegal? Was Haylay under 18 when the tickling took part?

But that's the issue... How does this help the pedophilia situation in any way? I'd rather somebody who has a thing for minors get their kicks from a harmless vidclip than have him/her actually go out and take advantage of some poor kid. The more we repress those with these urges, the more likely it is that one of them will go out and do something a lot worse than jerk off to some vidclip.

Here's a related but different example... Look at the current pederast situation in the Catholic Church among priests. The vast majority of priests are normal, law-abiding people, but a significant portion of them relieve their sexual frustration at not being able to marry by taking advantage of choirboys. If the church let them marry, then it wouldn't be an issue, because a lot of them would be able to satisfy themselves in a normal, healthy way (a.k.a. - with a consenting adult, rather than a child).

I know these are disturbing topics, but I feel they are relevant to this kind of issue. Pretending like they don't exist only worsens the problem.

I think this particular part of the law is not so much aiming at prevent pedophiles from going after minors, but specifically at jerks who go after minors to make clips without their consent.

I do agree with you that we should not close our eyes for the other problems.
 
Back to the original question.

I understand that Hayley is 19 years old right now. The clip we were talking about was recorded early 2004. In that case Hayley could not have been a minor. Therefore I decided to repost this clip at Tickle Theater:

Guys, be a little more reasonable here. The mods are 1000% right in keeping that content off the site. Whatever your preferences are, you're entitled to them. But you can't expect that to be shown here with the Mods knowledge, that's why there ARE mods. In addition to keeping it legal, rmember please, if it weren't for this site, we wouldn't even HAVE this forum to share. We've come a lo-o-ong way as ticklers (I remember when I couldn't even find tickling in porn shops), so let's not ruin a great thing. As always, take care.
 
I like what that person said in the Tickletheater thread with the clip: if it's on the freakin' official Hilary Duff website, how is it illegal? I thought this was a reasonable point.
 
stampstock, I totally agree with you that we should stay away from illegal clips. And let's get real: there are loads of other clips we can enjoy.

The only reason why I posted the clip is that to my knowledge it is legal. If anyone shows me it is not legal, I will remove the clip immediately.

The mere fact that this clip was available on the Duff site doe not prove the clip is legal. It does say however that the Duff family is not opposed to publishing it on the internet.
 
I don't know about tickletheater, but here you can't have it. Myriads told me about a post I was putting in the mainstream section, that anything to do with a minor cannot be put here, as a ticklee or a tickler. I looked under the section where the rules are, and it does state that very clearly. So the clip itself is not illegal, but it being on a sexualy based site(and that includes a fetish site) is illegal.

Now about that clip, Hayley is of age, but Hillary isn't, and she is the tickler, at least partially, so there you go. I'm not saying I agree, but that's how it is.
 
Is it still an issue here though? He's provided us a link to the clip, which is not the same thing as providing it on this website. It would be nice if the rules went into enough detail to determine whether this is different or not. If providing a link is illegal, then that's just absurd (and almost impossible to enforce anyway).
