This is like asking what breath is the best one I've ever taken...

Im sure I will disagree with myself in a few minutes, but my gut feeling is that no clip is more amazing than the Priscilla James tickles Hooded Man in the dungeon series. From stocks to the X-Frame, she was every ticklee's dream...

The one I will always go back to, time and time again is the Tickle Torture video of Michelle POV. She was just so cute and the feathers were just awesome. Its a relatively recent vid, but I really loved it.
 
The one on the Dungeon Maidens site called 'talk or get tickled'. Or possibly the one on Czechtickledgirls or whatever it's called, with a lee called Elena locked into a spanking chair.

I'm more of a story perv, though. Much more scope for elaborate scenarios in words.
 
Saw one about two years ago called 'sexy tickling', i think it was by Armante Media (tho I cant remember the spelling. Aramente? Aramante?), That was really good but Ive never seen it it since. Admitidly ive not been looking very hard, but I think the site shut down?

There is sort of a tie between 3-

The first from Tickleflix called spi001-11 (really original name, right?). It's the top left one (very first on the page) on page 42. 😛

The second is called "Hard to Handle" by MPTickle

The last is TC 5285 by realtickling. The girl is gorgeous and you can tell she is extremely ticklish cause randomly she gets so lost in being tickled... that she snorts. >_>

I agree with most of what's already been listed up.

Realtickling clips rank among the best in my opinion, I'd mention TC5007,
the "Priscilla tickles a man" series (which I'm glad is already mentioned),
and all the Kristin/Sara longer clips such as "Dungeon of Rehearsal" or "Realtickling Fantasies".

As for the rest, omiting Dungeon Maidens' masterpiece "Micha's Tickle Torture"
would be a bad mistake, since I've never seen people go further than the two girls under the spotlight in terms of intensity and authenticity.
The bondage is excellent too, so it inevitably adds to the victim's feeling of despair.. I'm still waiting for something better, or at least of the same quality.

I think there is a similar thread somewhere else on the TMF, but anyway..
