ANNOYED and IRRITATED!!!

Stupid guys at Pep Boys can't do shit right!!! I have an '02 Accord, they put '03. My car is black, they put the color green. My car is an LX V6, they put EX I4. All which was put on my invoice when I was given my car back, even though they got the correct license plate. GRR.. Not to mention, I go in for an oil change and 1 new tire and rotation and a brake light bulb replaced, it took them 6 hours to do all of that!
 
itchy. right. on. that. spot. on the shoulder-blade ya can't reach unless you're a contortionist. if someone doesn't scratch it for me, I'll need to find a tree-trunk like an old bear.
