I would say that whenever i'm going to use the ropes I usually set a tone with candles because mindblowing sex will inevitably follow. I'm not sure if I'm the minority but I don't have a "special" tickle day or night. I tickle my wife several times every single day. I tickle her with short tickles in the day and when I see her and at night, when we are in bed I attack her at will. There's nothing leading up to it. I just do it whenever I feel like it. If I have a couple of glasses of wine (on occasion) before bed then it's really over for her! It really turns her on so she never turns me down.
