How do you know when a girl likes you?

besides eye contact? im trying to point out the signs of this girl at work I spoke to yesterday. our convo lasted 10 minutes after she asked me what time it was LOL no other girl in that school has EVER asked me that.

a conversation stops and she attempts to start another one up by saying "So..."

she laughs at any attempt at humor you make

if you're really funny and she's digging you, she'll literally cup a hand or 2 over her mouth while she's laughing because she's so cracked up and enjoying herself immensely... there's a double standard still present that prevents women from enjoying themselves too much

she may also criticize attempts you make at being humorous; however, she hasn't left you... so she's just sarcastic and gets a little aroused from borderline flirting that can be construed as being mean to most outsiders looking in

I suggest not dwelling on signals too much. The signals you've been looking at so far have got your attention and are making you wonder. I recommend that if you run into each other again, and can still hold a long, comfortable conversation about whatever, where neither of you feel awkward or are struggling to speak, make it a point to ask her out someplace, and be casual about it.

Depeneds really, theres no real rule.

Some girls will never tell you, and your chance will just pass on by.

Some girls will pay you way more attention, and if you look carefully, youl see that its more attention then theyre paying anyone else.

Some girls just go ahead and tell you, these are my favorite, but then im a simple guy, I hate having to chase, it bores me and im likely to wonder off.

Just go with it man, theres no harm in telling her that you like her or inviting her out for a drink, a girl who doesnt like you like that will simply turn you down, but one that DOES like you will be all for it and probably happy that she didnt have to ask herself.

Heres a way to know if she likes you. Randomly thrust her over your shoulder, and start running. She'll freak out and yell "WHAT ARE YOU DOING???" or something like that. Just say "I'm stealing you! We're going to a deserted tropical island!" If she says "OOOOK!!!!!" then your good...........and now you have to pay for a tropical vacation with her. If she starts pounding her fists and yelling "HELP!!! POLICE!!!!", then put her down, and RUN!!!!

Ask? I think alot of girls have a hard time being direct. We're just not wired to be that way (well, i'm not anyways). The worst she could say is "no". It might hurt your feelings but no less than if you spent months trying to interpret ambiguous signals that aren't really there.
