Many, many....
So far, 153....starting with my High School sweetheart when I was 17 and most recently a short-term relationship with a woman I tickled several times over a few months.
The most ticklish feet I have stroked belonged to a 27-year old Latina woman, very pretty, named Joanne. She had gorgeous size-9's with soft, supple soles and a nice, long flowing arch. Her toes were always a deep shade of burgundy.
She was feather ticklish all over her soles and near her ankles. She was a bonafide "screamer" who went into screaming, laughing hysterics thelike of which no videos out there remotely compare. The most ticklish girl I've ever met was my gf when I was 15 or something. i am sure it would count in the several hundreds, if not a thousand...
I mean, I tickled (and I am only counting feet, which I crave) any babysitter I have ever had, any friend of my sisters that ever came over... any stripper i have ever got a couch dance got her feet tickled... wether she would put her feet in range of my hands, i would hold them while she did her grind, and if i didn't tickle them then, when she was done and would sit across from me to put her shoes back on, i would just say "hey wait a minute! let me see your foot!" I am never denied!
the strippers would be 40 or 50 by themselves...
when i was younger, several of my friends "hot" moms got tickled...
as my kids got older, any of their friends (girls) that came over to visit got tickled.... and so often that if i even walked by them, they would pull their feet under them nervously : )
that doesn't count any girl i ever saw like reading in the library with her shoes off, geez... how many times have you been under the bleachers as a kid at a sporting event at the high school and saw those feet in sandals, or popping out of their shoes... I never saw an opportunity i didn't take...

If i see some feet i have to tickle, i will strike up conversation (especially if they are working, like in store, laundry mat, ect... and say their job seemed boring, did they ever play solidtaire, do they have any cards, do they know any good card tricks...oh you don't, well next time i swing by i will bring some cards and show you a few... Hey, have you ever seen the shoe trick? you don't need cards for that one!!
They say what is the shoe trick... I say pick a shoe, and they point, and i say ok take it off, and when they do i reach for their foot and get it in my hand while i say to them"now put your shoe in the opposite hand, and hold it out in front of you...i just tell them that to distract them while i get ahold of their foot.. and then ask, are you ticklish? and start to tickle...
I tickle as long as it seems appropriate... sometimes 5 seconds, other times for minutes... and then i say "that is the shoe trick! i tricked you into taking your shoe off!!!"
and they say"oh that is dumb!" and laugh... but it is a great way to get to the feet of a woman you have detirmined is naive, and maybe to shy to tell you they don't want to see it, or too shy to like get mad at you ...
geez... think of all those feet changing shoes at the bowling alley... i used to like to troll before bowling when i was a kid.. to catch the girls as they were putting their bowling shoes on..they just thought I was "that crazy guy"
if you want to tickle, you have to get up the nerve... especially if you are on vacation... you can go up to a girl like at a water park, and tickle her feet as you walk by... if she has her top undone, what is she gonna do? Lol she might get mad, as many of these scenerios might do, and you may be embarrased momentairly, but once you are gone, the embarassment subsides, and you have a memory forever..
I will never forget visiting my grandparents in north carolina, and a nice "older woman... probably early 20's, in the grocery barefoot.she would lift her foot up once in a while while she was looking at something trying to decide, and expose the bottom of her foot, curling her toes under, you know....
after a while she noticed me checking them out i think, cause she would do it alot, and when she did, i would like go next to her and pretend i was looking for something right next to her and on the bottom shelve( hey i am only like 11 or 12!) and i would tickle them, and she would act like she didn't feel it, and just keep them exposed for a while... *sigh*

I'd have to say...
1. little brother when I was a kid
2. various friends of myself and my brother add to maaaaaybeee...5 or so? hard to say
3. kid I had a brief and ill advised relationship with when I was 18
4. 2 of his friends (briefly)
5. my husband
6. 1 or 2 of my neices
7. my daughter
That adds up to 13 give or take. More than I thought it would be. Hoping to add to that number in the future.

I had some "fav" recurring victims - but with casual friends I usually struck up a conversation and used my pics as an excuse.
How? I asked them if I could draw their legs and feet! 😀
It's been "my way" for a while. It's worked on a good basis; if they weren't too shy about their feet they would let me see, then touch. Tickling was the next natural step.
Another way was proposing a tattoo. I could draw small pics or designs on the soles - and one of the best foot tickling has been the result of such a drawing session. 🙂
Speaking of "secret guiles", I've sometimes resorted to the age-old excuse "laugh is good for health, you should laugh more". It's worked - but I couldn't overdo with it.

I think asking someone to draw a totoo on your foot or around your ankle would be a fantastic way to get someone to tickle you but I'd never have the courage to suggest doing it to someone else! 🙂 Kudos to you!

I missed this poll also but I'd say it has to be around a 100 or so. I'd like to thank the tickle fights I had as a kid, my babysitters, friends, co-workers, g/f's and of course my wife for all of their support in giving this tickle phile much happiness.

NEST in a nutshel is a super large gathering help in Philly every Spring. This year it's May 18th. They will have info on it at the TMF (it has it's own forum under gatherings) when available.
I've never been so this year will be my first. Drew has been a few times though and has glowing things to say about it.
There is some sort of screening you have to go through to be allowed to attend to make sure you're not a psycho or something but other than that I dont see any reason you couldn't go. I'd love to see you there 😛

I have tickled probably 50- 100 all female. I recently came across a list I had when I was younger that had everyone who I had tickled and where they were ticklish. It brought back lots of memories. I still tickle every chance I get including my newest friend who is quite squeemish when you even bring the word tickle up. She has already told me her feet are off limits. We will see about that.

Hmmm... I really don't know. Being a tickle freak since early childhood I've tried to get in a tickle here and a tickle there when ever possible. What I'd *really* like to do though is to find a person who's carrying a lot of heavy stuff and give'em a good wriggling finger in the side to try and make them drop it all!
