TMF provides COMFORT
You can have any organization you want, there are plenty out there. The main strength of the TMF for me has been the comfortable feeling provided by the various members, the owners, and the mods. The overall atmosphere makes a visitor feel welcomed without feeling threatened or compromised. That strength is absent in many other online organizations.
