I knew of the TMF when I was 13 or 14 years old. I inevitably lurked under some username that I can't remember, but I signed up as "Artoo Deetoo" when I was 20.

The TMF didn't exist until I was 50. I first discovered it at the age of 52.

I really don't know. Years ago, I would do a bit of lurking and early on had trouble creating an account (probably aol's fault) and a few years after that, I managed to sign up successfully and eventually started posting. I guess I was around 32 give or take a year or two.

When was it founded? Late 2000? I guess that would've made me a freshly turned 26. Back then, I was one of the "kids" here!

I didn't really become active until I was 22.

I remember visiting a Max Speer website (I think it was called "Tickle Master" or something like that) way back in the '90s, that was my introduction to the community. However, it wasn't until I was well into my 30s that I had the courage (and my own internet connection) to stop lurking and become a member.
