Well, back to the original topic.. I've heard that using tennis (sport shoes) instead of flip flops or other kind of more open shoes increase the ticklishness in the feet. And of course, you should start a session wearing nylons or socks, enventually go barefeet and finally, for a great finale, apply baby oil in the feet to increase/regain all possible ticklishness.
I don't know anything for UB, but I guess that, like somebody said early, switching tickling spots should help to hold on longer the torture
