4 - She would probably try to hide that the touching and attention kind of excites her because she would not want to seem as if she is promiscuous

She loves physical sensations to her feet. The paintbrush would feel good unless she's in a ticklish mood. The backs of her thighs are somewhat ticklish as are the backs of her knees, though neither is one of her most ticklish spots.

Now you're on to something. I think the pen would probably tickle her enough to get her laughing and trying to pull away. She'd probably use her other foot to kick you or push off to break your hold.

On the other hand if you tickle her less intensely maybe she won't try to escape so much. And remember, she's more ticklish on other body parts than on the feet.

Perhaps she is carefree, loves to relax and enjoy life, lets the little things roll off her back easily, is fairly generous with her time if you're very nice to her but is mostly in her own little wondrous world, definitely values her appearance and takes good care of her body and also dresses well...I don't know, she seems like someone with thick skin and will kill you with kindness and a smile. Overall, a pretty cool lady, I bet.

I will tell you REALISTIC reactions. With you not being her husband or boyfriend or even friend, she wouldn't just let you tickle her out of the blue. However, if the tickles were subtle at first and playful, she might respond. Remember, she's a sucker for a great foot massage. She's not too ticklish on her feet unless you do it right. She's ticklish a lot more on other body parts.
