The content and the page i found it in is on the attached file here. That would be for the first 2 pictues.

For the third picture, just as the 2 first ones, i found them in a collection of mangas gathered into 1 anthology.

The second attached file shows the page and what the chapted was called. I dont know about the artists, but maybe it says who it is on that page.

Where do i find those anthology, where i can read them online ?

Pretty sure it's just a numbers game. A population of 1.4 billion + very widespread internet access = an enormous amount of content creators. Tickle torture has some cultural significance in Chinese history, but not enough to explain how widespread it is.
